Responsibilities include assisting with day to day branch operations, as well as working with consumers and small business within our local community. As a UAIII, I provide direction on various accounts, as well as assist with loans and lines of credit for consumers and small businesses.

Responsible for assisting the branch manager with branch operations. Additional responsibilities include working with business and consumer customers to establish and maintain deposit accounts (checking accounts, savings accounts, retirement accounts), as well as assisting with any service issues.

Main responsibilities included working with companies and individuals to design custom ticket packages with the Washington Wizards, Capitals, Mystics, and Georgetown Hoyas for hospitality and personal entertainment purposes.Also handled relationships with first-year season ticket holders assisting with any service issues and also acted as the main point of contact regarding any activity on the account.

Responsible for providing new and existing customers with the establishment and maintenance of loans, credit cards, and deposit accounts (ie checking accounts, savings accounts, and retirement accounts). Also responsible for generating referrals to payroll, mortgage, merchant services, and investment banking. Worked closely with the Banking Center manager to develop sales strategies to meet semester sales goals and also to make sure that the bank is meeting operational standards on a day to day basis.

Responsible for new business via outbound calling, prospecting, and generating referrals with regard to payroll and tax solutions over a territory covering 11 zip codes in southwest Washington state. Additional responsibilities include managing relationships with bank managers and CPA's in that same territory.

Recruiting, interviewing, training and development of sales leaders. Ongoing motivation, development and sales management of sales representatives in consumer sales.
