We expanded to a second campus and opened two rehabilitation units while maintaining growth.• As Vice President of Operations, I transformed the company's lowest-performing region into its top performer within a year. We achieved EBITDA margins exceeding 28% through improved occupancy, revenue, efficiency, quality, and customer service.Currently, I’ve partnered with Vistage to form a peer group of CEOs and business leaders from diverse, non-competing industries.
