Promoted from Shift Leader to General Manager in the span of six months. Trained staff to maximize the guest experience, resulting in highest secret shopper scores in the company (300+ locations). Worked with P&L and budget to help turn around an underperforming location with a growth in revenue approximately 6% above prior year. Increased league bowler count by 300 guests in the span of two years and implemented successful marketing programs to drive revenue.
