I lead and create content for our internal Account Development Training program, which every new hire or next level candidate for our management or business development programs take part in. This program focusses on the essentials of business development including connecting, needs analysis, presenting an effective value proposition, closing an opportunity and maximizing a customer relationship.I have also been part of a small team of business development colleagues responsible for creating new retail location opening events designed to increase local awareness and gain new market share.I love working with the talented team we have here, and enjoy growing our brand throughout Canada.
