I’m a NZ registered psychologist specialising in organisational psychology & an executive coach. I work at the intersection of business, people performance, development, wellness, technology & research. My work has taken me all over the world, and I've been fortunate enough to have been to every continent on the planet including Antarctica. I have worked across consulting, in-house, & military sectors on global & national projects. Areas include psychometric & behavioural assessment, coaching, leader & talent development, HiPo talent identification & succession planning, performance & productivity, adaptability & emotional intelligence, stress & fatigue, change & transition, mental health & well-being, resilience, & diversity. Recent projects have included: working for a MedTech start-up developing a multi-faceted real-time health platform combining biopsychometric factors to give individualised profiles of work-life balance & stress performance; Leader and talent development across a broad range of public sector organisations; designing and presenting online programs on a variety of topics including anger management, resilience, unconscious bias, workplace behaviour, delegation and feedback.I strive to realise company growth through the people agenda, where people KPIs are an integral measure of success.
