Product Manager for Best Buy's Loyalty systems Best Buy's Loyalty program is consistently rating in the top 5 retail programs in the US and is likely the largest with active members in the hundreds of million members. Led the organizational change to a new Loyalty platform. It began with the selection of a new SaaS loyalty engine, Alchemy from Kobie Marketing and building internal support for the business case. Then built a cross funcational team of Marketing, Finanance, IT and Kobie. Next setting up an aggressive 12 month program to re-architect Best Buy's legacy 13 year old batch systems and integrate them with the new engine. With the June 2016 implementation the new capabilities unlock a business/IT partnership to re-imagin the future of MyBestBuy Rewards

Expanded the project management center of excellence internationally. Relocated to Bangalore India for a one year Expat assignment to establish the second project management location. Created a PM location optimization strategy based on project characteristics. Developed the leadership team and transitioned a fully functioning PM practice. Today there are 30+ project managers across multiple locations delivering innovative solutions and driving sales on mobile and Target.com, the 6th ranked favorite retail site per the National Retail Foundation.

Established project management center of excellence for Target.com and Marketing in MinneapolisChampioned a multilevel, progressive learning approach to IT training now used throughout Target.Directed the back office integration work stream in the program to re-platform Target.com that launched on schedule in 2011. The streams successful deliverable included; Item management (PIM), Pricing & promotions, Financial reporting, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. The work was completed across 15+ project teams.

In addition to increasing overall sales, this program was a first step in assessing Target's ability to expand outside the US.Led the multimillion dollar sub-program for Supply Chain, Stores and Financial systems that enabled Target to extend it's vertical integration of their supply chain by owning and managing a network of food distribution warehouses.
