•Coordinate governance activities for the Finance Shared Services Center as they relate to internal and external stakeholders, including managing tools which measure stakeholder experience when conducting business with the Center.•Facilitate financial management functions, including monthly P&L review, budget planning and monitoring, business unit allocations and ad-hoc financial analysis for the Finance Shared Services Center.•Manage internal communications for the Finance Shared Services Center.•Provide support to internal and external stakeholders, including FSSC staff, corporate partners, property clients and vendors, in relation to the services the Center provides. •Direct activities as they relate to office and facility management.•Lead a team of administrative employees, who support 350 employees in 12 departments.

•Facilitate the short and long term operations of the company; including client procurement and retention.•Maintain client service level agreements by ensuring workflow is effectively managed.•Create and identify best services to meet client expectations and continuously analyze client needs to provide appropriate services and products in a cost efficient and timely manner.•Provide financial analysis of ongoing operations to achieve maximum profitability.•Implement the newest and most efficient tools and techniques to provide optimal service to clients and service partners.•Collaborate with other industry professionals to ensure compliance with the ever changing standards, requirements and laws of the dynamic real estate and finance industry.•Direct support staff and contract appraisers to aid in the development and delivery of quality products and services.•Oversee financial and employee management (including A/R, A/P, Payroll, HRIS, I/S).•Manage private property portfolio consisting of 20 single family units and assist in the management of a 24 unit [condominium] homeowners association.
