• Assisted Financial Reporting management in evaluating the Accounting division’s organization, policies and procedures to recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity and add value to the Finance function. • Assisted in gathering business requirements and defining the project scope, goals and deliverables that will support the business needs of the division and enterprise. • Assists with the preparation of the monthly financial package for reporting entity results to private equity partners and banking institutions • Updates and manages monthly P&L forecasting model and rolling twelve month forecast • Updates and manages monthly Departmental P&L models • Analyzes the renewal base for optimized profitability and timing • Monitor and analyze KPI’s and ratios
