My goal is to work as a continuous improvement leader. I want to help improve relationships with management and hands on employees while making incremental improvements. I am pursuing an associate's degrees in quality management and data Analytics. I have a Lean Enterprise Certificate and I am completing Lean Six Sigma Green and Black belt certifications. I also have a bachelor's degree from Carroll University in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis. I want to collaborate and help foster a culture where realistic incremental changes are clearly communicated and planned so realistic changes to improve production, safety and quality have the support necessary to be executed. I want to lead these logical improvements with a healthy balance of measuring performance, quality, and safety with quality management and finance metrics. I want to help lead a team to make positive changes to exceed customer expectations while be dedicated to improving the environment and our community.
