Project Managing and Coordination- Directly manages assigned job from initial order through job completion- Maintain expected profit levels- Develop and coordinate schedule to ensure projects are completed on time- Order Entry, ensuring projects are entered accurately and timely by Purchasing- Confirm all submittal materials are produced accurately to specification and/or customer expectations, while making sure the submitted items match what was quote- Prepare and submit necessary change orders reflecting the change of cost/sell price relative to a customer’s request for additions, deletions, and/or modifications, while up-selling whenever possible- Communicate billing schedule, assist in creating schedule of values and determine taxable products/dollar amounts with our Accounting team.
