Assure continuity and coordination of services between members to achieve quality, customer service and financial performance measures and targets, including business development, favorable contract negotiations and policy formation which will include clinical integration through quality and utilization standards.Develop capital plans, strategic plans, and measurable outcomes for business strategies, as determined by the Board of Managers. Recommend admission of additional members or merger or other business structure modifications. Represent Company and serves as a key liaison and channel of communication between member practices, committees, member physicians and administrators and assist with organizational and member practice problems and responsibilities.
