As a former top performing PwC executive, I am committed to having a positive impact on our communities. My passion is in building synergistic cultures and teams and empowering them to tackle and solve daunting problems. Building the right teams, the right culture, and the organizational constructs needed to succeed, has always been at the core of what I do. As an executive, I’ve successfully inspired and led cross-functional teams ranging from 20 to 500+ to deliver outcomes and am known for my thoughtful approach to culture-building and change management, which has enabled me to lead for results under challenging circumstances. As a servant leader, I lead with influence and like to share leadership by empowering my team members. Key to my success over the years has been in my ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships and to subscribe stakeholders – at all levels - in a vision for what is possible. My background is steeped in business and community development, change management, and operations. While at PwC, I was repeatedly called on to drive operational improvement, cultivate crucial strategic relationships, and lead teams in the delivery of service excellence. During this time, I was called to lead across 7 diverse office environments and 3 major client sectors, requiring me to agilely pivot, and learn how to adapt my leadership style so that so that I could quickly gain the trust, respect, and following of my peers and team members. The pinnacle of my career at PwC was when I had the opportunity to unleash the true potential for a new market and built the culture, talent, and grassroots business development effort needed to grow and sustain a successful practice in Oklahoma, a market not historically associated with growth potential. As a result of this thoughtful approach to culture, talent, and community, the business quickly grew into a thriving practice in 3 short years AND continues to thrive today. I retired from PwC in June 2022. After taking a much-needed breather, I started a role as a strategic consultant for a complex nonprofit in September 2023.I am currently pursuing a role in nonprofit leadership where I can lead teams and strategy to grow the organization’s footprint, reach, and impact. Areas of expertise I provide include: + Business Development+ Operational Excellence+ Service Delivery Excellence +Board Engagement/Collaboration+P&L+ Thoughtful Culture-Building + Change Management + Next-Gen Leadership DevelopmentFOCUS: nonprofits | purpose-driven organizations
