• Planning, managing and overseeing the implementation of new features in the products ChemlabelPro and MySDS as well as working with enterprise customers to understand their requirements and translate this into software.
• Worked on taking the new product ‘Exposure Scenario Professional (ESPro)’ to market. This product is aimed at customers need to author, import and export Exposure Scenarios.
• Internal IT - Rebuilt the Safeware domain, implemented smart card login, setup remote desktop services (including a gateway server) for remote workers as well as completing an implementation of Dynamics CRM (including.
• External companies - oversaw the implementation of a hosted solution using HyperV and RemoteApp over a Remote Desktop Gateway to enable customers to have the bespoke applications we develop hosted.

• Worked with the WIPS team (Windows Intellectual Property Security), a division of WinRel (Windows Release), to track down where leaks of intellectual property into the public domain had originated.

Syracuse, New York Area

• Recruited to plan Transcion through a transition from a workgroup based 9x network to a Windows 2000 Server Domain.
• Delivered user education on security permissions, initial configuration of group policy, DNS, DHCP, active directory as well as creating user templates.
• Planned and deployed an SQL 2000 server to replace their ageing SQL Server 6.5. Created management tasks to ensure this database had indexes which were kept optimised and backed up.
