With the end-to-end user experience perspective, he consults and facilitates across the SOA/BPM SDLC from requirements, architecture, and design, through development implementation, quality control (QC) testing, UVTs, UAT, deployment, monitoring, and production support. He translates business and user requirements into BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Modeling and Notation) executable Models of Orchestrated Business Processes, specifying all "happy" success paths, alternate self-heal retry paths, and error exception paths. Unique to Gregg's role at FINRA, he also develops most involved SOA Services Interface XML Schema (XSD) contracts; as the XSD is the "requirements" contract between involved systems exchanging data.
