Represented the Williams-Sonoma company in presenting the corporate contribution for the annual St Jude's Children's Research Hospital's "Thanks and Giving" fundraising campaign. I was assigned to the ZGallerie location in Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois in January 2003. Promoted to higher volume location in Oakbrook, Illinois in March of 2003. Responsible for all aspects of operations, including staffing and training, sales generation, guest service standards, profit and loss control, and inventory management. During this time I was also directly responsible for opening four additional Z Gallerie locations. -
