  Greg Hearing is a litigator in the Denver office of Gordon & Rees. His practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation. To that end, he regularly handles matters concerning commercial claims, professional liability disputes, and product liability claims. Additionally, he represents insurers in coverage and first party bad faith actions. Mr. Hearing works with clients ranging from individual professionals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. This includes significant experience in the representation of energy and utility companies in a wide variety of matters. Mr. Hearing assists his clients in achieving favorable results through a practice that covers all aspects of litigation. This includes the development of litigation strategies intended to strengthen his clients’ position through discovery and motions practice. He routinely appears in both state and federal court in Colorado and Wyoming where he has litigated multiple matters to judgment and through appeal. Mr. Hearing serves as a member of the University of Colorado Law School Law Alumni Board and on the American Bar Association’s Corporate Counsel Committee. He writes in the areas of products liability, tort liability, and the attorney-client privilege. A Colorado native, he joined Gordon & Rees after graduating from the University of Colorado Law School. Where he was recognized as the top oral advocate in his class.
