Greg founded Global Recruiters of Sugarloaf in 2008. For over 15 years, the business has provided retained and contingent recruiting and talent acquisition services in General Management, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain for North American Food and Foodservice Distribution. Before founding the business, Greg had 23 years of experience with US Foods and its predecessors, Alliant Foodservice and Kraft Foodservice.Greg began his career in a Kraft Foodservice Management Training program and progressed through their Merchandising and Marketing organization. He was promoted to a Market President position in 1995 and advanced into leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Midwest Region President for US Foodservice. In this role, he led a team that significantly turned around the financial performance of the region.In his final role with US Foods, Greg served as Executive Vice President of Operations. He reported to the CEO with full P&L responsibility for a $17 billion business and was accountable for over 24,000 Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations associates.
