To augment and support our commercial and residential clients we have created Hood Properties, Inc. (HPI) as a full-service property management business, licensed by the State of California (DRE #02212738). Services include the maintenance coordination, property surveys and preparation of financial statements.

As a member of the Christina Hood, Bright Homes - Keller Williams Realty | Palo Alto team, it is my goal to help people buy and sell property, by finding or receiving the best property values possible. By bringing extensive experience as a designer, builder and engineer to real estate, I smooth the way to successful transactions. Referrals are welcome.

BCI is headquartered in Fremont, California, and holds Class A General Engineering, Class B, General Building, C-10 Electrical and C-20 HVAC license. BCI specializes in industrial construction ranging from water resource applications to transportation. Assigned customers included USACE Folsom Dam Spillway, City of Hayward and City of San Bruno. Scope of work was primarily associated with water management, instrumentation and system integration.

Intermittently I taught carpentry apprentices over a 10 year period. The scope of instruction has included safety, tools, materials, rough and finish carpentry, roofing, concrete form building, Symons™ and Jahn Wall™ construction, panel rigging, setting concrete deck falsework, reinforcement and placement.

As a member of the Quality Assurance team, personal responsibilities were to provide management contract support through the inspection of processes including verification of compliance with company and customer requirements.
