Greg is an unusual combination of real estate broker, general contractor, electrical contractor and project management professional (PMP). With more than 4 decades of experience creating projects from coast to coast and as small as a closet and as large as a dam, he brings the know how to manage teams and successfully maintain properties. In addition to his many credentials, Greg has a masters from UC Berkeley's Civil Engineering program with a focus on Construction Engineering and Management and an undergraduate degree in industrial design. Finally, Greg has held a California real estate license since 1996 and is our broker of record.
As the managing director of Hood Properties, Greg brings this experience and more to the team. Knowing the value of teamwork and customer service, Greg created the principles we follow, that is to be proactive, expert, client centric, confidential and knowledgeable. And, while Greg is focused on the details, he knows the importance of maintaining a broad perspective, capturing market insights with the goal of enhancing client property values.
Greg is married to Christina Hood, who is our president and the owner of Bright Homes Real Estate at Keller Williams. When not addressing client needs Greg can be found creating art, reading, making a good meal, or on a healthy walk.
