My purpose is to inspire people who genuinely want to grow and develop, to be open to new thinking and new behavior that can impact on performance, at a personal, team or organizational level. My goal is to be an effective partner to them - understand their needs, ambitions and commitment; challenge the clarity of their vision of future success and the reality of their current assessment; plan and implement together pragmatic solutions that address opportunities; recognize blind spots and stumbling blocks that might limit growth and build awareness around the potential for behavioral change. My passion is working with leaders and teams on setting an aligned direction, facilitating and coaching them to create the conditions for their success, challenging them to improve the working dynamics of their team and adopt habits that will serve them well as they execute the organization's strategy. As appropriate to the need of clients I consult, facilitate, coach and mentor... always looking to capitalize on existing strengths and call out what might be limiting or holding back progress. My partners expect me to be ready to share a different perspective, and to be comfortable with challenging conventional thinking.My belief is that purposeful organizations foster agile, empowered and aligned leadership at all levels, willing and able to engage, motivate and build teams that demonstrate high performance (what we do) within a dignified and humanistic climate (how we do it).
