Responsible for the integration and test of aircraft simulation software/hardware for the United States military and foreign partners including: all aircraft systems, weapons carry/delivery, and tactical scenario simulation. As a member of the foreign disclosure team, completed seven final inspection audits 15% under budget ensuring that all contract requirements were met. Produced and implemented a simulation operation reference guide that was included with all simulation deliveries (foreign and domestic) that greatly enhanced the proficiency of over 100 simulation operators ensuring the most realistic and dynamic training.

Responsible for developing and prioritizing logistical and training requirements for an aircraft carrier, its air wing, and its seven supporting ships. Leads a team of personnel and provides the departmental coordination, fusion and synergy guaranteeing $40 million in ammunition, parts, and consumables were delivered on time and on budget. Created the daily, weekly and yearly calendar for 20 departments, 11 squadrons and 5,000 personnel to orchestrate the scheduling of both air and sea space for live fire events. Hand picked by the Commanding Officer to be the liaison between military and civilian agencies during 4 large force exercises ensuring that over 3,500 sorties and 20 replenishments at sea were executed as planned and that the testing of future capabilities was incorporated across all training events. ∙ Entrusted as the Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO) and the Command Government Programs Manager (CGPM) for the USS Theodore Roosevelt and its airwing. Responsible for the electronic and physical security of all Top Secret products as well as managing cleared personnel’s access to classified material.

Led 9 junior officers and spearheaded coordination efforts across all Services, the Joint Staff, Coalition partners, and government agencies in developing a comprehensive force structure tailored for overseas contingency operations. Created a new process (Theater Coordinated Assistance) that allowed optimized manning and employment of forces already allocated to CENTCOM which led to zero capability gaps for both US and coalition partners. Personally responsible for briefing General Officers on the status of all force requirements and trusted with engaging the Joint Staff on CENTCOM’s behalf.

Achieved EA-18G Growler Weapons Tactics level 4 employing kinetic and electronic-attack weapons in support of numerous military exercises. Led 230 technicians in three departments tasked with the maintenance, logistics and quality assurance for a $1 billion aircraft fleet and equipment. Oversaw OSHA compliance and maintained a comprehensive employee training program, collaborated with all departments, and drove a 99 percent training rate, well exceeding the 85 percent flight line standard.

Hand-selected as part of the initial cadre of EA-18G instructor flight officers at Fleet Replacement Squadron, VAQ-129. Developed the core and fleet transition curricula from the EA-6B to the EA-18G. Instructed 100+ students on the employment of the EA-18G during air-to-air, air-to-ground, and electronic warfare mission-sets. Managed a $15M fuels budget and responsible for efficient scheduling for over $3.4B in capital assets, an annual operating budget of $28M, and 200+ technicians. Developed and maintained the crew resource management program for six EA-18G squadrons. Introduced new standardization procedures and greatly improved aircrew efficiency as the EA-18G was being introduced into the fleet.
