• Brought on as the senior client lead to manage the 65-person team and two-year digital AOR engagement for Hilton Worldwide spanning site development and demand gen work for the full portfolio: HHonors, Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, DoubleTree, Hampton, Homewood, Conrad, Waldorf, and Home2. Team's efforts across all brands drove cost per booking down 24%, increased visits by 43%, and increased marketing ROI by 32%.• Successfully transitioned the digital AOR relationship for the agency's most strategically-intensive account, Kimberly-Clark Baby and Child Care, to Detroit from the San Francisco office. Fielded a new team whose integrated campaign efforts improved brand equity scores by 7 percentage points, and drove mobile and site visits up 21% to new record highs. • In 2013, added the executive Strategy role in Detroit, providing leadership as well on cross-network initiatives and the evolution of the discipline.
