Here at Enactor, I'm apart of the QA Test Team which its our job to ensure that the release candidate is tested thoroughly before delivering to a client. Day to day tasks include deploying the nightly build to the test environment ready for testing the latest defect fixes and features. I also work closely with the development team to resolve any defect raised that are raised during feature, integration and regression testing. Support clients is another responsibility of mine to ensure any issues which are raised are dealt appropriately whether that assisting them to get a resolution or if it requires development work, raise an appropriate defect to fixed. I attend client site visits to update and demo defect fixes and new features and support the client where possible after the release has been deployed to their test environments.
