Hamilton Family Wines is a very small-production winery that highlights the best that Sonoma wine country has to offer. The wines are hand crafted with natural and minimal-intervention practices that shine a light on the varietals, vineyards, and appellations of Sonoma.The tasting room is located at 8860 Sonoma Hwy, Kenwood, CA. Currently open daily by appointment, with walk-ins welcome Wednesday through Sunday 11am to 5pm. The tasting experience typically lasts about 90 minutes, dogs and children are welcome. As co-creator and program manager for Cisco's LinkedIn Leaders program, I was responsible for on-boarding, training, and activating Cisco subject matter experts on LinkedIn to share our brand story, and eventually drive demand. We know that 92% of people trust their peers more than brand marketing messages, and the LinkedIn Leaders program uses that to engage our audience with real, original content written by the people closest to our technologies and solutions. After a successful pilot, we are in the process of scaling the program across Cisco.

#CiscoChat, Cisco's branded social chat program, connects teams across Cisco with their audiences. Started two and half years ago as a thought-leadership Tweet chat program, I helped oversee the expansion of the program into a demand generation vehicle, and explored new formats such as live broadcast and podcasts. My duties included evangelizing the program, developing program materials to train, on-board, and prepare teams for successful chats, managing and scheduling, and promotion including developing social copy, blogs, and images.

I love what I do. I help people learn digital and social media as manager of Cisco’s Digital Training and Certification program. Using my experience in technical writing, storytelling, and having completed much of my own education online, I revel in crafting training courses that help learners understand and adopt key concepts, tasks, and strategies. I deliver training courses both on-demand, using Brainshark software, and live on premise or virtually through collaboration software. I work one-on-one with executives to help them reach their social media goals, from understanding the fundamentals through forming a content and engagement strategy. One of the areas I’m most excited about just now is helping develop coursework for Social Selling, drawing on my own sales background to help deliver a powerful toolkit to our sales professionals.

Completed the digital storytelling facilitator training and assisted with several workshops. Also helped edit executive director Joe Lambert’s latest book, Seven Stages—Story and the Human Experience, and developed written instructions for workshops.
