Working within the UK and Ireland team my primary responsibility is to sell advertising on Indeed’s platform. Using a (PPC) Pay Per Click model, I currently focus on small-medium sized companies within the staffing sector. I manage the full sales cycle for each account, maintaining and growing a book of business worth £205,000 per quarter.● Regular contact with over 220 accounts through campaign review calls, check ins and face to face meetings● Arrange and organise credit agreements● Prospect for new business through researching and cold calling● Proposal generation● Organised campaign set up according to the client requirements

As a member of the team I was instrumental in the national roll out of 4G in the Indirect Channel. Highlighting the benefits of 4G speeds, increasing the understanding of data in a way staff can easily translate into their own sales pitches. Plus an array of new products to support the launch including insurance, add-ons such as EE Film Store, Mobile Broadband and Connected Camera● As a consultant I build strong relationships with partner stores by engaging with staff and management to create a win/win environment● I ensure current propositions and procedures were understood highlighting the benefits and how to identify customers● I train in classroom environments at head offices in both large retailers and small Independent retailers specializing in B2B using a combination of role-playing and mixed media. ● Gathering competitor information, which I collated alongside the wider team’s feedback to create the weekly indirect channel report. Specialism - Content DeveloperAs a content developer I am responsible for the creation and design of training materials which are used by the Training and Tactical Teams for in store and head office training sessions. I also created e-Learn’s and content for partner sites which involves working closely with the Propositions Team, Account Teams and directly with partner Learning and Development teams. I was also involved in the external tendering for the creation of the new LMS site.● Created training content on Keynote and PowerPoint● Worked with the Brand Team to ensure material follows brand guidelines● Created e-Learn content and video content for partner LMS sites (DSG, CPW and P4u)● Acted as quality controller on all presentations for the Indirect channel (consumer)● Carried out “Train the Trainer” sessions with key trainers● Worked with external agencies for content solutions● Award winner – recognised internally for content work and remaining calm whilst sticking to tight deadlines
