My duties vary across a vast range of IT support. I assist in supporting and managing the local network infrastructure and remote and external network infrastructure. I provide support for the Mobile Principal (Classroom Walkthrough) application provided by HSS.I assist in providing support for Tipweb software application. I work closely with technology coordinators and techs at school district support data transfer methods in providing Mobile Principal and Tipweb with data from student information systems.

I assisted with supporting mobile principal for school districts across the US and here in Texas. I facilitated installation of the Mobile Principal software and configure ODBC connections to copy data out a districts student information system and populated well designed databases. I assisted in setting up secure SSL connections to display the database data into a ASP.NET application that would display the information in any web browser or mobile device.
