•Led the global business system in establishing the leading corporate water stewardship program through quantitative financial risk assessments to establish a strong business case and cross-functional alignment, development of a risk mitigation and stewardship strategy, capability development, partner identification and management, goal-setting, execution, and reporting.•Water stewardship program achieved efficiency and replenish goals ahead of schedule with some $2 billion system and partner investment (~12-year period) in water infrastructure, conservation, and development projects in 3,000 communities, globally.•Initiated, developed, and managed the initial sustainable agriculture program for the company working with procurement and supplier management teams to assess and mitigate risks in the company’s extensive agricultural ingredient supply chain. •Managed the company’s wastewater treatment design, construction and operations program (ten-year, ~$1billion program) and its environmental due diligence program.•Formed and managed numerous partnerships, many with co-investment, including with World Wildlife Fund (world’s largest multinational conservation organization, on-going, multi-year, $70 million partnership across 12 countries and 7 major river systems) and the US Agency for International Development (on-going, 12-year partnership spanning three continents and $40 million in joint funding for water infrastructure, conservation and development). •Extensive work with multi-lateral development banks (World Bank, International Finance Corporation, Inter-American Development Bank), bilateral donors (USAID, GIZ, SDC, Sida), and water policy organizations (2030 Water Resources Group) on sustainable development, policy transformation, water infrastructure, and conservation.
