Controller at Quest Integrity Group LLC (Quest) an international pipeline inspection and engineering services company. During this time, Quest has grown from $30m in sales to over $90m with offices in 9 countries across the globe. My duties included being responsible for all accounting related matters such as payroll, revenue recognition, month-end close, fixed assets, budgeting, taxes, audits, and produce/discuss results with executives and parent company. I work closely with my team in assisting them with journal entries, reconciliations, monthly close procedures, audits (internal/external) and providing guidance to help them learn and grow.

Global Market Insite, Inc (GMI) was an international market research leader that provided internet survey solutions to customers throughout the world with offices located in United States, Europe, Australia, Singapore and Asia. GMI had revenue of approximately $77m in 2011. I was the Director of Accounting and responsible for overseeing the accounting team of 5 individuals associated with Account Payable & General Ledger accounting and lead the monthly close process.

Imperium was a manufacturer and seller of biodiesel with revenues of approximately $22 million during the six months ended June 30, 2007. In May 2007, Imperium filed its initial Form S-1 Registration Statement to become a public company. In December 2007, Imperium withdrew its Form S-1 Registration Statement from the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). I was responsible for all SEC reporting and working with auditors with regards to financials/SEC filings/SEC review questions.

Sevilla Area, Spain

ICOS was a biopharmaceutical company that primarily developed sold the drug Cialis. 2005 revenues were $91 million & 700 employees. Effective January 2007, Eli Lilly and Company purchased ICOS and subsequently began closing down operations. I was responsible for all SEC reporting (10Q's & 10K) and fro overseeing the annual external audits and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
