In my current role at Puppet, I have been heavily involved in using my deep knowledge of the product to lead a technical team over the past two years to completely rewrite and launch a new series of instructor-led training classes including content and hands-on lab environments using the Instruqt platform.This experience has required making technical decisions on a daily basis, facilitating technical development, delegating tasks to new team members to foster their technical development, writing, editing and reviewing training content, working with instructional designers to communicate technical concepts and providing frequent progress updates to management.

Built and enhanced Puppet's in-person and online training course curriculum and course delivery infrastructure. Conducted onsite and virtual public and private training classes for Puppet Enterprise software. Participated in onboarding activities to build Puppet's service delivery and training partner network.
