Nucleus - Sonata Implementation ProjectCentral role played in implementing the Sonata application package to Bravura's first UK client (Nucleus/Citi). Wrap knowledge acquired in previous roles facilitated the consultancy aspect of helping clients adopt an upgraded platform whilst ensuring business requirements were met to enable them to deliver to the market an improved proposition and better challenge to their competitors. Role on the project team included leading the Bravura defect triage team and facilitating adoption of an enhanced platform on the client side. I was also pivotal in helping the client prioritise change requests and defect management through detailed and contextualised analysis of the requirement and/or issue faced.
