I am the proud father of an 18 year old high school cheerleader daughter who plans to attend Texas Tech in the fall to major in Kinesiology & Public Speaking.We are very involved in our local church and almost anything to do with the outdoor lifestyle.Originally born in El, Paso Texas I attended Cathedral High School then Studied Mechanical Engineering and Physics @ the University of Texas at El Paso. Before relocating to West Texas and moving into the recruiting industry I spent 20 years in all aspects of the Automotive Industry in San Antonio, TX. The majority of time in was spent on the sales/management side of the business. In 1994 I started selling cars On-line where I became very adept at utilizing technology assisted selling processes and products. Through an unusual turn of events I eventually migrated into the world of Automotive Consulting for about 6 years before returning to retail.In 1998 I completed a white paper that outlined and quantified successful and not so successful process changes with regards to selling cars on-line. The white paper found its way to the National Director of Sales & The CEO for autoweb.com earning me an opportunity to become a Sponsored Speaker at the 1999 NADA convention in San Francisco.
