Director, Regional Client Accounts
CurrentIn this role, I lead a team of six Account Managers who are responsible for the retention and growth of ~145 key accounts. This involves heavy account strategy/planning, assisting in contract negotiations, and providing executive leaders with accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts. Thankfully, I'm able to spend time coaching and developing the team as well. All with an aim to empower each to exceed their quota and achieve their individual goals.
