Exceptional delivery combined with a solid business foundation are the ingredients for a healthy and sustainable business that delights our customers.Some of my proudest achievements in my time at Slalom so far include:- Leading Slalom's expansion into Latin America and extending our amazing technology team into Mexico and Colombia.- Founding Slalom Build, the Build-as-a-Service firm that blends design, product engineering, analytics, and automation, we build the modern technology products of tomorrow.- Building a vibrant software engineering culture that continues to be the best place to work and a destination for software engineers and architects from recent grads to seasoned veterans to grow their careers.- Managing the launch and continued growth of Slalom Build’s Seattle, Houston, Vancouver, Denver, Dallas, Portland, and Silicon Valley locations.- Starting Slalom's mobile practice in 2008 leading to the sales and development of a significant number of enterprise and consumer-facing apps for clients.- Setting the foundation for our technology practices in the Bay Area when the market launched in 2007.
