Project Manager for the design, construction, and implementation of the Timken Company / Stark State College Test Center for the testing of ultra large wind turbine bearings. • Managed eight project teams (engineering, testing, quality & safety, IT, accounting, and facilities) with $8M budget during the design, construction, and implementation of the test center.• Managed daily operations of the wind test facility as the acting Operating Manager, including test scheduling, staffing models, accounting, shipping/receiving, vendor management, and maintenance and repair needs.• Program Manager and primary contact for a multimillion-dollar program with Pratt & Whitney bearing development program.
