Completed my Ph.D. thesis under the supervision of Dr. Sachdev Sidhu.-Phage Display: Designed, constructed and panned several antibody phage display libraries.-Protein Biochemistry: Recombinant protein expression, size exclusion chromatography, ELISA.-X-Ray Crystallography: Solved three new protein:ligand complex structures.-Mass Spectrometry: Mapped the phosphoproteome of cancer cell lines using quantitative proteomics.-Cell Culture: Cultured both adherent and non-adherent mammalian cell lines.-Python Programming: Created custom scripts for data processing, statistical analysis and data visualization.

Successfully defended my M.Sc. thesis on the impact of alternative oxidase on nitrogen stress in nicotiana tabacum under the supervision of Dr. Greg Vanlerberghe.-Gene Expression Analysis: Designed quantitative PCR assays for several different genes.-Western Blotting: Standardized protein harvesting, electrophoresis, and blotting protocols for several proteins.
