Greg is a graduate of UF where he dual majored in Finance and Risk & Insurance Management. In 2002 he entered the real estate industry as a residential and commercial real estate appraiser, conducting hundreds of real estate valuations. Thereafter he returned to school where he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law (2006). Greg’s thirteen years of experience as a real estate attorney includes extensive contract litigation & negotiation, title insurance services, real estate/condominium litigation, foreclosure litigation, and exposure to the bankruptcy and eminent fields. Greg utilizes this experience to provide a unique combination of knowledge, skills and insight; assisting local and national clientele with the strategic acquisition, leasing, development, and disposition of commercial car dealership facilities and vacant land.
