As the CEO and President of Windquest Group, Greg McNeilly energetically serves each company within its portfolio. Before becoming CEO, McNeilly joined Windquest in 2009 as a Vice President and later as the Chief Operating Officer. Windquest has grown sixfold during his tenure and now employs over 1,700 people in two dozen states. In 1988, Betsy and Dick DeVos founded the Windquest Group with just one employee. Today, the company's portfolio includes home product manufacturing, medical supplies, craft distilling, hospitality, a beverage company, sporting goods, industrial climate control systems, and wellness products.Prior to this role, McNeilly had been involved in managing state and national political campaigns for 24 years. He has been actively engaged in the community through service with organizations such as the Michigan Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Development Authority, the Michigan Association of Public-School Academies, the Michigan Freedom Fund, and the Great Lakes Education Project.McNeilly graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. He lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with his husband, three children, and a dog.
