The Americana Awards is an annual award show in front of a live audience as well as streamed live showcasing and awarding the best songwriters and performers in the Bluegrass, Country, and Americana music spaces. Included in award show are typically 15 - 20 live performances. My role pre-show is to advance with the acts what their technical needs are and work with the band leader, producers, and vendors to ensure a successful show. On site my role is to manage all aspects of backstage.

The Soundstorm music festival is a multi-day, multi-stage music fest in the heart of Saudi Arabia over the course of 3 days. I'm typically on site for 6-8 weeks in that time my role is to work with all depts to manage logistics, workflow, & safety for the overnight build of the site and showdays.

The Gentilly stage is one of 3 main stages with an average attendance of 10K – 15K per day and plays host to 35 acts over 7 days. The Gentilly stage plays host to 2 national/ international touring acts, 2 regional acts, and 1 local act per day. A staff of 24 supports me under my direct management.

The Fort stage is the Main Stage of the festival with an audience capacity of 10K. The Fort Stage plays host to 33 acts in 6 days. A staff of 12 supports me under my direct management.

The Pilgrimage Festival is 4 stage 2 day event in Franklin TN. The Midnight Sun Stage plays host to 10 acts for an average audience of 15K - 20K. Past headliners have included Eddie Vedder, Chris Stapleton, Jack White, & Willie Nelson

I have handled the creation, management and staffing of shows that include 100+ links so attendees can have the one-on-one experience of Webinars, Virtual Exhibition booths, and Breakout Rooms that they would normally get in a live setting. The incorporation of Zoom in a virtual environment has allowed my clients to reach audiences of over 1500 people in any given room. I can provide a Zoom Tech Manger who can be in room to help clients navigate the program and get the most out of the experience. I can facilitate full rehearsals or just practice sessions for presenters as well as training for anyone not comfortable with doing a live presentation on Zoom. Which jettisoned him from 500 person clubs to 20K person stadiums practically overnight. • Entrusted with all the technical and logistical aspects of the tour for both the headliner as well as a number of the supporting acts in venues ranging in capacity from 500 to 20,000 • Created, updated, and advanced all technical riders, hospitality riders & stage plots for both the headliner and a number of support acts. • Created relationships and dealt with logistics for all vendors and venues providing PA systems, lighting, staging, backline, & hospitality • Consistently met budgetary constraints set forth by both the artist management and label. • Oversaw tour technical crew as well as the local crew and set the production schedules for all shows • Mixed FOH for both headliner and support acts.
