- Toured extensively throughout the UK & Ireland withHalf Of Me, Killer Chloe and Roisin O; recorded with acts Half Of Me, Hijinx, Killer Chloe, Mo Hat Mo Gheansie, Goodnight Goodnight, Collapsing Horse Theatre Company. - Opened concerts for acts such as Brad Paisley, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Iglu and Hartly, Alexander Technique, Kid Sister, The Dubliners, Republic of Loose and The Coronas. - Private tutor in drum kit and world percussive techniques.

Management of the group social media, ensuring a consistent of tone across all channels. Development and implementation of promotional campaigns along digital, print and experiential channels.Creation of video and photo content for use by the marketing team.

- Critiqued and resolved issues pertaining to the development of new customer complaints systems and digital databases. Strict adherence to Group Code of Conduct and Customer confidentiality was a key function of these tasks. - Personally trained and supervised teams of up to ten new staff members in the implementation and use of internal information databases and operating systems.

- Investigated and evaluated procedures for the digitising and cataloguing of new customer account information in accordance with strict Bank of Ireland regulated deadlines; resulting in the digitisation of over 3.1m customer accounts.
