I currently work in IPS Ltd. My role here is that of a Service Engineer. I am responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of managed print service devices and printers, under service operation contracts, to a specified standard. I am a driven and enthusiastic individual who works extremely hard within my team. I have an excellent working knowledge of multiple manufactures ie Lexmark, Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, Kyocera devices.I demonstrate on a daily basis my ability to be self-motivated with an ability to work independently while ensuring at all times exemplary customer service and communication skills. I am confident I provide a first class customer service while demonstrating tact, diplomacy and empathy with my customers. I am self-motivated, proactive and a dedicated individual. I feel I am very well disciplined with a methodical approach to my work. I work with a great team of Service Engineers and truly believe the team at IPS Ltd is as good as it gets for providing first class service.

  Responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of multi-functional devices and printers, under service operation contracts, to a specified standard. Achieving a high first time fix rate and a low recall percentage Respond to callouts within the required timeline. Resolve technical faults / undertake technical modifications and complete repairs. Provide training and advice on aspects of the machine functions so the customer fully understands its capabilities, and the highest level of service is provided. Be customer focused and have excellent problem solving skills. Implementing all appropriate modifications and keeping up to date with technical changes Following servicing schedules and highlighting problem machines Installation of MFD’s to manufacturer and customer specifications including IT connectivity Identify issues, perform diagnostics and complete on-site repairs. Provide preventative maintenance to ensure all products perform to optimal efficiency.
