Change & Release Management: - Planning of releases for Point of Sale software in Swarovski's Brick & Mortar stores worldwide- Cross team coordination to ensure enhancements and updates are deployed to stores in time- Communication with external software vendors / system integrators for retail related applicationsSupport Management: - Management of international 24/7 support for Retail solutions across teams in 3 locations (China, Europe, US)- Ensure compliance with SLAs and fulfillment of support KPIs- Enhancement of support processes- Ensure reliable and fast support for stake holdersQuality Assurance:- Planning and coordination of regression- and integration testing of enhancements across multiple retail applications (software updates and upgrades) and 5 regions worldwide (China, Poland, Austria, Malaysia, US)- Definition and implementation of test strategies and reporting - Implementation of test automation across multiple retail applications- Documentation of startegies, test plans, results, etc.- Defect tracking and Management - User Experience Testing
