Finding or fabricating the right solution takes time. That’s why, even though I have ‘Sales’ in my job title, it isn’t really about selling. It’s about listening and asking lots of questions. It’s about getting to know you and the challenges you face. Not just the obvious workplace challenges but the underlying problems. The things that are holding you back. It’s about learning – I’m learning every day – and working with our product design, innovation and fabrication experts to deliver the right solution for you. That’s what we’ve been doing since we started out in 2004. And it’s how we’ve built Backsafe into the go-to partner for more and more clients across the country, from mining and manufacturing to retail, facilities management and the public sector.
