He is an educator; real estate, finance and hospitality industry subject matter expert; investment and finance broker; curriculum advisor; and author of content and articles, glossaries and online courses.Gregory is the founder of SEEDIS – Social, Economic and Ecological Development Intersectoral Solutions, which is an independent nonprofit initiative to advocate the sustainable development and use of the built environment. It enables stakeholders from the public, private and third sectors to take action for the sustainability of socioeconomic activity in communities.SEEDIS aims to fast-track action by furthering the sustainable development and operation of the built environment and circular economy. SEEDIS mobilizes the stakeholders in the public sector, business, and civil society and facilitates their involvement and interaction.
