Help support Level 1 Tech Specialists and Help Desk personal with issues as needed.Configure and maintain the onsite JAMF Pro servers and Microsoft Endpoint Management System.Assist the Network Manager with implementations including Ruckus AP's, Securly Content Filter and Brocade network switches. Also helped develop, set up and maintain Dell servers running VMWare ESXI in a clustered environment.Helped with set up and deployment of the school districts current MacBook Air 1:1 and iPad 1:1 programs. Developed current provisioning techniques for devices that are being distributed on a year to year basis to a population of over 3000 students.Helped advise on "best practices" for setting up profiles and policies for student use on machines.
