To ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the treasury management business, with the focus on maintaining effective service levels to divisions and companies, flawless execution of business at the finest market-related prices, capture of transactions, daily balancing and management of risk as defined by company policies. It also encompasses assisting divisions with broader risk management issues at a more strategic level.Key Daily Deliverables:Full management responsibility for all foreign exchange and money market risk profiles, which would include the following functions:• Daily Assessment of maturing transactions• Dealing with new commitments and contracts arising; this includes management of the execution of large orders.• Dissemination of market information.• Management of dealing team in the daily execution, balancing and risk management of positions, including a daily full risk assessment of positions at the market close.• Strategic risk management, including generation of management reports and reporting to Financial Director.• Where necessary, prepare documentation, proposals and make presentations to divisions.• Attend management meetings with financial executives of each division/area in an on-going process of appropriate risk management for their exposures.• Maintain banking facilities/FATCA and FICA as well as banking relationships.• Monitor and project daily cash positions and execute money market transactions to ensure the funding mix and funding cost are in line with the companies strategies and liquidity and interest rate risks are within pre-set risk.• Nurture and maintain excellent relationships with accredited banking relationship managers, traders and back office.
