Managed all aspects of a business with $9 million in sales revenue and increased profits from a break-even position to a level generating an 18% EVA. Departments included: sales and marketing, customer service, purchasing, cost control, EHS and human resources.

Developed a process for making polymer coated magnet wire in one manufacturing step. The technology is protected by U.S. Patent 5,151,147.

Performed various ASTM tests for the operating divisions. Supervised 4 technicians and created technical reports.
