Researches personnel policies and procedures to assist managers in correct human resource management decisions for the office.Approves bi-weekly payroll for accuracy and discrepancies from code.Collects and analyses data for managers' use; explains and interprets policy and procedures to personnel; participates in decision making process related to assigned functions; coordinates office work flow to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.
