● Coordinate and manage the property loss prevention needs of corporations worldwide.● Provide property risk engineering services to industrial customers and large group accounts in an effort to reduce losses and increase profitability. ● Maintain uniformity in servicing clients while utilizing innovative strategies to maintain client satisfaction.● Perform comprehensive insurance surveys including builders risk inspections of Highly Protected Risks, middle market… Show more ● Coordinate and manage the property loss prevention needs of corporations worldwide.● Provide property risk engineering services to industrial customers and large group accounts in an effort to reduce losses and increase profitability. ● Maintain uniformity in servicing clients while utilizing innovative strategies to maintain client satisfaction.● Perform comprehensive insurance surveys including builders risk inspections of Highly Protected Risks, middle market accounts and energy business.● Prepare detailed engineering and underwriting reports including loss estimates.● Establish design criteria for the protection of new construction and existing facilities based upon fire codes and levels of risk retention desired.● Analyze flammable gas and liquid storage, explosive dusts, and rack storage of hazardous materials to determine the best method of protection against exposure.● Review sprinkler system, water supply and special extinguishing system drawings to verify compliance with national fire codes and industry standards.● Supervise acceptance testing of fixed fire protection systems including foam water, deluge, special extinguishing, dry pipe, fire alarm and fire pumps. ● Examine the interdependencies among facilities within a corporation and develop a plan to deal with the consequences of interdependent business interruption.● Conduct pre-acquisition surveys to help determine the deficiencies in fire prevention and any unusual exposures associated with purchasing existing facilities.
