C-Suite Advisor responsible for partnering and consulting with United States and International stakeholders developing an English Language Training and Follow on Training strategy for military and government civilian students from 110 nations. Supervised seven direct reports and collectively managed talent portfolio of 610 military and civilian staff members from four US Armed Services and 25 different job titles/functional series. Leveraged relationships with US and International military department leaders, professional military organizations, and community partners promoting robust US Security Cooperation Education and Training Objectives.

Led 10 direct reports and managed 2,200 cross-functional military and civilian personnel supplying force sustainment logistics and support as well as morale, welfare and recreation activities for 56,000 patrons. Oversaw $114 million in assets while implementing mid-level leadership development programs across five geographically separated organizations.

Oversaw 30 members with four direct reports that administered a $4.7 million annual budget. Evaluated effectiveness and efficiencies of personnel and occupational programs in the US Air Force, as well as provided Air Force level inspection analysis and predictive analytics to senior military department officials. Provided Inspector General training and certification across the entire US Air Force and managed two Air Force level Inspection Reporting Systems.

Throughout nearly three decades of active duty service, served as a Civil Engineer in a variety of electrical systems support positions such as High-Voltage Lineman, Exterior Electric Section Supervisor (Section Noncommissioned Officer in Charge), and Airfield Lighting Section Supervisor (Noncommissioned Officer in Charge) leading teams up to 35 military and civilian members with eight direct reports in maintaining base distribution systems. In 2004, retrained into the Education and Training specialty and managed 125 different functional job titles training programs ranging up to 2,500 members. As a C-Suite Advisor and Senior Manager (Senior Enlisted Leader/Superintendent), managed teams ranging up to 4,500 military and civilian members with up to ten direct reports. Built relationships with military and civilian leaders on base and in community support services to help joint service members achieve desired learning objectives and necessary credentials for service. Has extensive experience across a myriad of leadership roles including Chief People Officer (Additional Duty First Sergeant), Quality Assurance Superintendent, Technical Training Instructor, Inspector General/Director of Inspections, Operations Director (Directorate Superintendent), Senior Manager (Squadron Superintendent and Group Senior Enlisted Leader) and Senior Advisor (Interim Wing Command Chief Master Sergeant) facilitating cross-functional and multi-generational communication and achieving outstanding results with teams.

Completed a Department of Defense approved "SkillBridge Internship" during end of military service obligation, with the Bexar County Military and Veterans Services Department gaining valuable civilian work experience as well as local government and non-profit industry experience. Empowered Bexar County's military-affiliated community by providing free services connecting Service Members, Veterans, and their Families to resources and facilitating opportunities that benefit them and the community. Facilitated events with city, county, and state departments that brought together governmental resources, Veteran Servicing Organizations, and employers connecting the Veteran and Military Community to their eligible benefits, services, and resources.
