Responsible for the environmental reporting required by DEP and other agencies for the SV Lawrence, MA manufacturing plant. Work with consultants to implement necessary environmental testing and inspection. Assist in environmental report preparation. Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 reporting efforts.

Researched, specified and installed an in-process blend/batching system for a major equipment line totaling more than $600K. The system has allowed SV to improve process capability of two major product parameters.Researched, specified and installed the major polymer process components including the extrusion sheet line take-off, gear pump, winder and extruder, totaling $850K. Managed the installation of this equipment utilizing project management techniques. This successful installation was completed on time and has allowed SV to increase an extruder’s throughput more than 20%.Direct supervisor of up to 3 engineers in 2008.
